WESTconsin Credit Union Will Host Virtual Annual Meeting

WESTERN, WI—WESTconsin Credit Union will hold its 81st Annual Membership Meeting on March 30, 2021.  Due to ongoing safety and logistical concerns with COVID-19, the meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. During the meeting, Board Chairperson Gerald Wolf will review the Board activities and highlights for 2020. Lora Benrud, Chief Executive Officer, will review the year’s financial statement and annual report. 

Member owners of WESTconsin Credit Union who wish to vote in the director’s election must request a ballot between February 28 - March 20 at a WESTconsin office or by calling the service center at (800) 924-0022.  To be counted in the election, ballots must be received by March 25. All members who request a ballot will also receive information on how to view the Virtual Annual Meeting and a meeting gift.

WESTconsin Credit Union has been serving members since 1939, and membership is open to anyone who lives or works in the Wisconsin counties of Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, St. Croix, Sawyer, Taylor, Trempealeau, and Washburn, or the Minnesota counties of Anoka, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Isanti, Ramsey, Wabasha, and Washington, with a $5 minimum deposit in a Membership Savings Account. Credit unions are financial institutions owned by their accountholders, and member funds are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to at least $250,000.
