Updated Credit Card View in WESTconsin Online

Great news! We’ve simplified your credit card view within WESTconsin Online.

Many of our members with a credit card account have many card numbers associated with their account. Previously, all cards were listed under the account number in WESTconsin Online. Thanks to our technology upgrade, the view has been simplified and members will only see one credit card account – even if multiple cards are attached to that account.

With this update, we wanted to remind you that the last 4 digits shown on your account within online banking may not match the last 4 digits on the credit card you currently use. Throughout your credit card relationship with WESTconsin, your actual card numbers may change at card renewal or when replacing a lost or stolen card. Even when receiving a new card with a new number, your original account number has remained the same.

Some members may need to reestablish their payment method or recurring transfer details for the credit card account after the upgrade. Otherwise, you will be able to manage your credit card account the same way you always have. The upgrade has not affected your current card operation, and you will continue to receive the low rates and benefits of UChooseRewards.

If you have multiple credit card accounts and you would like to give them a nickname to help organize them, go to My Settings and assign a nickname.
